Focus of Social Change Initiative

Koroma implemented his Social Change Initiative titled Political violence and peacebuilding, a project on electoral violence and peace advocacy mostly targeting a vulnerable youths considered as perpetrators and victims of politically related violence ahead of sierra leone’s general elections in Parade Field, Central Freetown, in Sierra Leone. Through the initiative, civic education, youth empowerment and mentoring programs were initiated to minimize political crimes, promote voter registration and verification exercises among criminal gangs and the public in the targeted communities.
