Catherine is an Advocate, a Business Administrator, a Chartered Mediator, and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa). She is the founder and Managing Advocate of Baine-Omugisha Legal Consultants and Advocates, which is a Conflict Mitigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centered Law Firm. She also associates with other organizations to execute consultancy assignments.
