Professional Experience
Freelance Consultant: Mudima has provided technical support for environmental and strategic planning initiatives across Mwanza, including the development of long-term plans for the Evangelical Lutheran Church and Nkinga Regional Referral Hospital. He guided environmentally sensitive construction for families living in erosion-prone areas and contributed to making school environments safer and more conducive to learning.
Leadership in Church-Based Governance: Mudima holds multiple volunteer leadership roles within the East Lake Victoria Diocese, including Chair of the Finance and Audit Management Committee of Kanaani Kiseke Parish and Secretary of the Mwanza Central Church District Finance Committee. In these roles, he oversees budgets, financial reporting, procurement, and ethical expenditures.
Community Peacebuilding: As Secretary of the Kiseke Ward Tribunal, he has helped resolve over 78 conflicts related to land boundaries, domestic relations, environmental pollution, and community coexistence. His efforts have helped strengthen local justice systems and restore harmony among residents.
