Noah Sempijja has over a decade’s experience working in the non-profit development sector across Uganda. He has gained considerable management experience having previously worked with Grameen Foundation, MTN Uganda, Edukans and Opportunity International. Noah currently runs a social organization called YICE Uganda, an organization that delivers regenerative farming support for refugees and host communities in Uganda.
Focus of Social Change Initiative
Noah implemented his Social Change Initiative in Nakivaale Refugee Settlement. Through the initiative, he promoted regenerative farming practices that support host farmers in the utilization of small pieces of land for best farming practices to increase income and become food secure.
