He has served in various roles in Rotary including Past Rotary Regional Public Image Coordinator, Zone 22 English Speaking Africa, Past Chair, Youth Services, Rotary District 9211, Past Assistant Governor, Rotary District 9211, Past Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinator Zone 20A English Speaking Africa and Past Chair, Rotary Cancer Run Managing Partner More Limited (Communications consultancy firm that focuses on the key areas of Developing strategic communications for private and public organisations, Delivering social projects for organisations, Stakeholder management and engagement, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Developing and/or executing communication strategies, Media strategy development and execution, Research, Brand management and strategy development. Managing Partner, XVizion Analytics, a company specialising in data analytics, data management services, and data strategy development.
He previously served as Zain Uganda/Airtel Uganda External Affairs Manager and Corporate Sales Manager. Also worked in Shell Uganda in various roles in the areas of sales, brand and marketing management, and corporate affairs. Married to Goretti Masadde and blessed with 3 children.
